Substance Pack -- Urban

This material pack includes a slew of Urban-themed Substances and textures for your game or graphics projects.

It contains the following materials:

Asphalt, Asphalt Alligator Cracks, Brick Wall, Cobblestone (3 variants), Concrete, Fan Cobblestone (2 variants), Grass, Gravel, Herringbone Bricks, Metal Shutter Blinds, Pavement Tiles, Plank Wall, Sand, Stucco

Each material consists of a procedural .SBS source file, a .SBSAR archive for use in game engines / Substance Painter as well as a set of pre-exported textures (basecolor, height, normal, roughness, metallic, ambient occlusion) as an alternative way of constructing the material or for other uses like photobashing. Preview .jpgs are provided as well.

A separate ZIP without the pre-exported textures is provided because the download size is substantially smaller (~15Mb vs ~500Mb).
